  1. Returns & Eligibility
    You have 60 days from the date of your order to request a return.
    To be eligible for a return:
    The product must be returned in its original packaging.
    The item must be damage-free (unless it arrived damaged).
    First-time purchases of a specific product may be returned, even if partially used.
    You must contact our support team via email before sending any items back.
    We do not accept unsolicited returns. Returns sent without prior email communication or that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective:
    Email us within 7 days of delivery.
    Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
    Once reviewed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
    If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  3. Refunds
    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.
    If approved, you may choose to:
    Receive a refund to your preferred bank account, or
    Receive store credit for a future purchase.
    Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank.
    Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
  4. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    If your original order qualified for free shipping, return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
    We recommend using a reputable courier service with tracking for all returns.
  5. Not Satisfied with a Product?
    If you are unhappy with a product — especially on a first-time purchase — please reach out to us. We may ask a few questions to better understand your experience and assist you appropriately.
    While shipping fees are not refundable, we are committed to ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and treated fairly.
  6. Exchanges
    If we sent you the wrong item, we will correct it immediately at no cost to you. Simply email us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect product.
